Job Title Deputy Clerk

Mrs. Sirame was appointed to her new post on th 27th August 2007. She deals with the day-to-day affairs of the National Assembly Secretariat, which included attending sittings on Tuesdays, legal advising and researching. She works in close collaboration with the speaker, the Clerk and Members of the House. She furthermore, is secretary to all Parliamentary Commitees.

She previously worked as a State Prosecutor in the Department of Legal Affairs, in the Attorney General's Office from 1993 to 1999.

Mrs. Sirame studied at the University of East London, UK, where she acquired a Bachelor in Law with Honours (LLB Hons.) and a Masters In Laws (LMM. She attended the niversity of DeMonfort, where she pursued a Legal Practice Course to enhanc e her professionalism in legal environments.
