National Assembly Members’ Emoluments (Amendment) Bill, 2007 This Bill seeks to amend the National Assembly Members’ Emoluments Act (Cap. 136A) by providing for a reduction on the salary of any member, other than the Speaker, who is absent from a sitting of the National Assembly without leave or on being suspended from a sitting under Standing Order 48.

Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Bill, 2007 This Bill seeks to give effect to the UN Convention on Recovery Abroad of maintenance acceded to by Seychelles in 2004.

The Convention and the Bill deal with the situation where a claimant of maintenance and the person liable to pay maintenance happen to be in different that are parties to the Convention.
